Firstmost, I am a mother of four children. Austin is 11, Hannah is 6, Nathaniel is 3, and Grayden is 2. In 1997, I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my Associates in Early Childhood Education. I enjoyed staying home with my first child for a few years before starting to teach Head Start Preschool in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2002, I transferred to Butler County Head Start and a year later went back to college at night. In 2006, I became a very proud graduate of the University of Dayton. I received my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and started to substitute teach in Springboro Schools. In August 2008, I began my first day of my first year as a first grade teacher. I am very proud to have reached a long awaited goal of teaching first grade and have enjoyed the 2008-2009 school year immenesly. I can't wait to get to know my new class of first graders and begin another journey that is as fun for me as it is for them. I can't wait to meet everyone!
